Omar Sarhan
L&D Manager
Your L&D Vibe
Humans are learning machines. If learning stops, do we truly exist? I believe learning is visible to you every single day; it is just a matter of whether you choose to notice it. My philosophy is rooted in that constant evolution. L&D is not just about corporate training; it is about capturing that raw human potential, staying deeply curious, and driving real growth that fundamentally changes how we operate.
Your WUDUH Origin Story
My journey here started on the frontline. I was a top-performing Customer Service agent with absolutely no formal experience in Learning and Development, but I had a clear vision. I made it my singular goal to reach L&D and bridge the gap between frontline realities and continuous learning. Over my two years at WUDUH, I have had the privilege of evolving from that frontline agent to Learning Manager. It is a daily reminder that no matter where you start, drive and curiosity can shape your destiny.
Big Wins
For me, the true wins are never just project launches; they are the people. It is the privilege of seeing people grow, learn, make mistakes, find their own sense of self, and ultimately step into their potential. Having met, trained, and mentored over 436 individuals, I am constantly humbled by the skill, wit, and drive they display. Every single initiative we design is built with every individual employee in mind.

Outside of Work
I thrive on experiences, as they tie directly into my constant need to learn. You can usually find me attending a new concert, going on a thrift run, exploring my country, or simply reading, writing, and researching. I value a good debate, and above all, I value the time I spend with my friends and family.
